By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase. rabeyka.com is owned and operated by an individual jewellery designer based in Israel.
2. About Us
rabeyka.com is a boutique online jewellery shop based in Israel. We design, handcraft, and curate jewellery including rings, necklaces, earrings, and bracelets. We ship worldwide from Israel.
3. Products
All jewellery items are described as accurately as possible. Due to the handcrafted nature of our pieces, minor variations in colour, texture, or finish may occur between items and product photographs. Product images are for illustrative purposes and slight differences may exist.
We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time without prior notice.
4. Pricing and Currency
All prices are listed in NIS. Prices are subject to change without notice. The final charge will be in the currency displayed at checkout. Exchange rate fluctuations may affect the amount charged in your local currency — this is determined by your bank or payment provider.
Prices do not include customs duties, import taxes, or local VAT that may be applied by your country upon delivery. These additional charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
5. Orders and Payment
By placing an order you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete. We accept major credit and debit cards, PayPal, and other payment methods listed at checkout. All transactions are processed securely through our payment partners.
We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion, including cases of pricing errors or suspected fraud. You will be notified and fully refunded if this occurs.
6. International
ShippingWe ship worldwide from Israel. Estimated delivery times vary by destination:
  Israel: 3–5 business days
  Europe: 7–14 business days
  USA & Canada: 10–21 business days
  Rest of the world: 14–30 business days
These are estimates only and may be affected by customs clearance, local postal services, holidays, or other factors beyond our control. Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon handover to the carrier.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections. Buyers are responsible for understanding and complying with the import regulations of their country.
7. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or VAT imposed by the destination country. These charges are entirely the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in our product prices or shipping fees. We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order if you are unsure of applicable charges.
We declare all shipments truthfully in accordance with Israeli export regulations. We are unable to mark packages as gifts or undervalue shipments.
8. Returns and Refunds
Please refer to our full Return & Refund Policy for details. In general, unused items in original condition may be returned within 14 days of receipt. International return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility.

All content on rabeyka.com, including designs, photographs, logos, and text, is the exclusive intellectual property of rabeyka.com and is protected under Israeli and international copyright law. Reproduction or use without prior written permission is prohibited.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, rabeyka.com shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. Our liability shall not exceed the value of the individual order in question.
11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Any disputes arising from the use of this website or the purchase of our products shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Israel. This does not affect any mandatory consumer protection rights that apply in your country of residence.
