Return & Refund Policy

At rabeyka.com, we want every customer to love their jewellery. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please read our Return and Refund Policy carefully. As we ship internationally from Israel, additional considerations apply to international returns.
1. Eligibility for ReturnsYou may return most items within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be:
Unused, unworn, and in original condition
In the original packaging with all labels and tags intact
Accompanied by your order confirmation or proof of purchase
2. Non-Returnable ItemsThe following items are not eligible for return or refund unless they are faulty or significantly not as described:
Personalised, engraved, or custom-made jewellery
Earrings and ear cuffs (for hygiene reasons), unless faulty
Items that have been worn, altered, or damaged after delivery
Items marked as final sale at the time of purchase
3. How to Initiate a ReturnTo start a return, please follow these steps:
Email us at info@rabeyka.com within 14 days of receiving your order
Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return
We will respond within 2 business days with return authorisation and instructions
Pack the item securely in its original packaging
Ship the item to the return address provided by us
Returns sent without prior authorisation may not be accepted. We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit during the return.
4. International ReturnsAs we are based in Israel, international returns must be clearly labelled as RETURNED GOODS on all customs documentation. Buyers are responsible for ensuring that return shipments comply with the export regulations of their country and Israeli import regulations.
Please declare the correct value and nature of the returned goods. Packages incorrectly declared may be delayed at customs or incur fees, which will be deducted from the refund. Duties or taxes paid on the original delivery are non-refundable by us and would need to be reclaimed by the buyer from their local customs authority.
5. Return Shipping CostsIf the item is faulty, damaged upon arrival, or was sent incorrectly, we will reimburse reasonable return shipping costs upon receipt of documentation. For all other returns (change of mind, sizing, etc.), the buyer is responsible for all return shipping and customs fees.
6. RefundsOnce we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you by email within 5 business days. If the return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days. Please note:
Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error
For international orders, currency exchange differences are not covered by us
If the returned item shows signs of use, damage, or missing packaging, we reserve the right to apply a deduction to the refund
Bank processing times may add additional days before the refund appears in your account
7. ExchangesWe do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different piece, please return the original item and place a new order. We are happy to assist you select the right jewellery — contact us at hello@rabeyka.com.
8. Damaged or Faulty ItemsIf your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at hello@rabeyka.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include clear photographs of the item and the packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund as quickly as possible, including covering any return shipping costs where applicable.
9. Lost or Undelivered PackagesIf your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us so we can investigate with our shipping partner. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities, local postal services, or incorrect delivery addresses provided at checkout. For packages confirmed as lost by the carrier, we will offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
10. Consumer RightsNothing in this policy limits or excludes any mandatory consumer protection rights that apply in your country of residence. International customers retain any statutory rights granted under the laws of their country, where such rights cannot be contractually waived.
